As you know, the Strategic Partnering Agreement (SPA) that BCA has signed aims to deliver the vision of “Happy, Healthy at Home†across Bradford, District and Craven. We have held meetings and an initial workshop with other primary care federations and providers across Bradford to consider how we move forward with this push towards more services being offered in primary care to benefit our patients and how any changes to AQP contracts may affect us all.
We are proposing a large scale change to how services are provided and we are convinced, as are our partners, that providers should take ownership of this, working within the framework of the SPA while utilising the skills of the CCG to support delivery in a simple efficient approach. We will keep you updated on the proposed new Out of Hospital Primary and Community Service Operating Model we are developing together and are hosting workshops for any member interested to attend.
